PDspect provides live support as a premium service to PDspect Asset Condition Report users. Live telephone support is available from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern time zone in the U.S.). Support costs $50 US for the first 20 minutes and $60 per hour after the first 20 minutes.
